Gurmeet Chahal is a Senior Vice President & Head of Healthcare for HCL, a USD 7.5 billion global Technology services organization
Gurmeet is responsible for HCL's sales, go to market, product & solution strategy globally for healthcare (a USD 1 billion line of business). In his role he & his global team works with the healthcare industry to identify and create solutions that leverage HCL’s core strengths of driving business aligned technology solutions. This is leveraged through the use of innovative products, analytics and technology, he has also been at the forefront of building solutions that help the industry effectively navigate the healthcare reform led changes.
Gurmeet is customer-focused with capacity to foster positive rapport at the CXO level; effectively identifying customer needs and helping provide exceptional service. He has extensive experience in acquiring, managing & growing client relationships and strategic projects in diverse service industries. Gurmeet has supervised multiple transformation initiatives spanning cross disciplinary global teams.
He lives in New Jersey with his wife & two daughters. Gurmeet is a Chemical Engineer with an MBA from XLRI.
