Elaine Fontaine, is Chief Operating Officer at the Rhode Island Quality Institute, joined RIQI in January of 2014. Ms. Fontaine previously served as the Director of Data Quality and Analytics at RIQI. She is a senior healthcare professional with over 25 years of program management and analytics experience in the research, provider and payer environments. Customer focused and creative problem solver with capacity to bridge business strategy, operations, technology and data analysis, Ms. Fontaine has supported large IDNs, Medicaid payers and FQHCs in meeting their ultimate business goals, always with a focus on the patient. She has repeatedly built and directed high-performing teams of innovative, results-oriented professionals, and she is an author on seven published research articles and white papers.
