Marian Earls is the Director of Pediatric Programs for Community Care of North Carolina, and was lead on the state CHIPRA Quality Demonstration Grant (2010 – 2015), a federal quality demonstration grant which included evaluation of the Pediatric EHR Model Format. She is board-certified in both General Pediatrics and Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Electronic Health Information Capacity in Pediatrics work group, and has consulted with the ONC regarding standards for pediatric content and functionality in EHRs.
