Dan Czech is the senior insights director for patient engagement, telehealth, security, and privacy at KLAS, an independent 3rd-party market research firm whose mission is to improve the world’s healthcare by amplifying the voice of providers and payers. Dan has overseen the production of hundreds of healthcare market research reports over the 17 years he has been with KLAS in various roles and across a variety of subjects.
Recently, Dan has overseen the market research and analysis on all of KLAS’ security, privacy, telehealth and patient engagement market research efforts. Specific to patient engagement and telehealth, Dan plays a leadership role in KLAS research and efforts in all areas of patient engagement and telehealth, including synthesizing the voices of industry leaders into the patient engagement ecosystem and platform frameworks. Dan also helps lead KLAS’ efforts to measure the patient’s perspective on patient engagement technology.
