Gloria is Manager of Clinical Metrics and Analytics at Community Care Plan, where she leads the Clinical Analytics department in using data to develop strategic insights, as well as optimizing workflows and business processes in order to improve quality and overall efficiency. She serves as a liaison, bridging the gap between the clinical and IT teams. Prior to joining CCP, Gloria worked for Health Choice Network and the South Florida Regional Extension Center where she assisted in leading over 3500 providers in the adoption of Electronic Medical Records and Practice Transformation. Gloria holds a Master of Science degree in Health Informatics and Analytics from Florida International University. She is a PCMH Certified Content Expert and is LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
