Sana Syal, MPH has 8+ years of experience working in community health. Prior to joining Medical Home Network, Sana led diabetes management classes for adults and a youth nutrition program in several Chicago Public Schools in the Austin community. Today, Sana works with hospital and clinic providers to incorporate technical solutions that support a more integrated health care system.
Sana received her Master’s in Public Health, with a focus on Health Management and Policy, from the University of Michigan. She continues to work with providers to strengthen workflows and enhance technology that supports a holistic model of health.
