Laura Merrick is an experienced healthcare executive who has focused her career building operational excellence and driving quality improvement through technology. She currently serves as the Director of Program & Product Management at Medical Home Network (MHN), a not-for-profit healthcare innovations organization dedicated to improving access and disparity issues in the safety net.

As a founding member of MHN, Laura led the initial development of MHN’s suite of technology solutions and has continued to accelerate innovative solutions across the continuum throughout her 9-year tenure. In addition to leading the technology team, Laura also collaborates with hospital and clinic provider partners to integrate MHN’s technical solutions into care management processes. Prior to joining MHN, she worked at Northwestern University in the Department of Radiology.
