Don Mims is a Customer Success Leader with Nutanix focusing on the Healthcare vertical. In this role, Don works with customers to understand their business needs, aligning their goals with defined business outcomes and jointly creating a plan for customer success and long term product delight. Don has recently joined Nutanix after a 14 year career with Baylor Scott and White Health System, the largest not for profit health system in the state of Texas. In his previous role as Enterprise Director of Server Infrastructure and Virtualization, Don was responsible for providing vision and strategy to modernize the hosting, management and delivery of enterprise applications and services. Don is bringing almost 20 years of healthcare industry knowledge to Nutanix and is aligning under the Customer Success umbrella reporting to Inder Sidhu, Executive Vice President of Global Customer Success & Business Operations. Don resides in Dallas Texas with his wife and two children.
