Eva Hartman has over 30 years of healthcare experience in a variety of clinical, digital products and services, and leadership positions within Novant Health, Inc. Since 2016, Eva has served as Digital Products and Services Market Director, with a focus on providing consultative leadership at strategic partner health systems in Savannah, Georgia and Manassas, Virginia.
Novant Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina serving approximately 5 million patients annually in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. Their footprint includes not-for-profit acute care medical centers, outpatient surgery centers, neighborhood medical plazas, rehabilitation programs, diagnostic imaging centers and community health outreach programs.
Eva’s diverse experience includes clinical and administrative management of medium to large multi-suite operating room and sterile processing departments; planning and clinical support of perioperative departments for new facility construction and opening; and leading technical teams in build, training and implementation of electronic health record applications since 2008.
Eva is a Registered Nurse with an educational and professional background including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1988), Certified Nurse Operating Room (since 2001), and Epic Optime and Anesthesia certifications (2012).
