In this presentation, we will look at an ongoing campaign we believe is aimed toward the "soft underbelly" of clinical research: Healthcare organizations and associated universities conducting these studies. By stealing information obtained by clinical trials, a cybercriminal could sell the secrets to a private client or a nation-state could use it to boost their economy through industrial espionage. We will discuss the steps to find, track, disrupt, and possibly neutralize a nation-state WOLF.
