Amy Flynn is Hospital Market Manager for Hänel Storage Systems, a German-based manufacturer of automated vertical carousels and lift modules. She currently covers the northern half of the United States plus California, the Pacific Northwest, and all of Canada, and since December 2012, has grown the vertical storage market from a handful of installations to over 350 units sold in North American hospitals. Amy began her career in pharmaceutical advertising and publishing as a copy writer and graphic designer. After graduate school, she worked as a Registered Dietician in hospitals in both New York City and Phoenix. She has been in medical/surgical device sales for over 25 years with a variety of experience selling products such as surgical lights, booms, and tables; sterilization containers; vascular patches; and surgical instrumentation. She holds a BA in Biology & Art from Tulane University as well as a MS in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and was a member of the Kappa Omicron Nu Honor Society.
