Matthew Rea is the Strategic Partnership Manager for OptiRTC, a technology company focused on stormwater management solutions. Opti delivers Continuous Monitoring and Adaptive Control (CMAC) of distributed stormwater infrastructure to improve receiving water quality, reduce flooding, and help mitigate combined sewer overflows.

Opti is the leading provider of software-as-a-service products for intelligent, real-time monitoring and control of water and civil infrastructure. Opti provides a cloud-based platform for large physical asset owners, including cities, building and property owners, developers, asset managers, and government agencies.

Matt has over fifteen years of experience in the environmental engineering field. His role at Opti also includes managing the development of new Public/Private Partnerships and ongoing strategic partner relationships. Matt established and looks after the Joint Venture between Opti and The Nature Conservancy to use privately held assets for public water quality goals in the Chesapeake Bay and elsewhere across the US.
