Mr. Meronek has been with SCS Engineers for over twenty years and is a SCS Engineers Stormwater Project Manager and Practice Lead. He is a current State of California Industrial General Permit (IGP) Qualified Industrial Storm Water Practitioner (QISP) and QISP Trainer-of-Record (ToR). He is also a California Construction General Permit Trainer-of-Record. With an eye to Client's operational needs combined with long-term sustainable solutions, Mr. Meronek specializes in Industrial Facilities, Permittees and Dischargers. He provides litigation support across a multitude of Industrial sectors and has successfully managed Site Stormwater Programs including BMP and Pollutant Source Assessments, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and advanced Monitoring Implementation Plans (MIPs) for hundreds of Facilities throughout the western United States.
