Mr. Powell currently serves as the PFAS and Emerging Contaminants Practice Lead for Black & Veatch. He has over 30 years’ experience in environmental chemistry, consulting, program management, business development and laboratory operations. Mr. Powell has supported PFAS projects for 10 years including drinking water treatment and mitigation, site investigations, remedial investigations and programmatic support for the DoD. Working with the EPA and DoD, he was the project chemist for the development and validation of EPA 1633.
