Sean Baillie is the senior vice president of Carrier, Channel and Hyperscale for Consolidated Communications. Sean is responsible for strategy, go to market and overall performance of Consolidated’s Carrier and Channel business lines. In addition, Sean has built teams dedicated to the Hyperscale and Data Center markets.

Sean brings more than 25 years of digital infrastructure experience across the fiber, data center and equipment sectors. Most recently, he was at QTS Data Centers where he was responsible for their go-to-market strategy, chief of staff duties for revenue generating units, product, marketing, analyst relations and connectivity strategy. He has also held senior level positions at Ciena Corporation, 24x7 Mid Atlantic, Windstream, Intellifiber and Level 3.
