Mike Tu is a Principal Electrical Engineer for Data Center Engineering at NVIDIA, where he leads power system architecture and infrastructure strategy for next-generation AI Factories. With over 20 years of experience spanning the energy, petrochemical, and hyperscale data center industries, his work focuses on 800 VDC power distribution, energy storage integration, utility grid interconnection, and AI Factory digital twin development.

Mike collaborates closely with cloud service providers, OEMs, utilities, and industry organizations including OCP, UL, IEEE, and NFPA to advance scalable, reliable, and sustainable AI infrastructure. He is actively leading industry efforts to define the future of 800 VDC AI Factory power architecture, helping align ecosystem development, regulatory readiness, and deployment strategies to support the rapid growth of high-density AI computing.
