Phil Fischer is a Client Executive in Black & Veatch's Data Center segment, where he partners with hyperscale, colocation, real estate, and digital infrastructure leaders to develop and deliver resilient, sustainable, and scalable data center solutions worldwide.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning the data center, energy, and critical infrastructure sectors, Phil has held leadership roles with industry pioneers including Black & Veatch, Schneider Electric, Eaton, NEC Energy Solutions, American Power Conversion (APC), and Nidec Industrial Solutions. His unique combination of technical depth and business leadership enables him to bridge strategy, development, and execution across some of the industry's most complex projects.
Phil brings a comprehensive understanding of the entire data center lifecycle—from site selection, due diligence, master planning, permitting, and design through construction, commissioning, and operations. His expertise spans power generation technologies, including thermal, renewable, and nuclear energy, as well as transmission and distribution systems, high-voltage substations, water infrastructure, advanced cooling technologies, and fiber network planning.
