Crystin Liboma is a QI (Quality Improvement) Specialist with the Nemours Children’s Health Population Health Management Department. As a QI specialist, she leads projects to increase vaccination rates, decrease ED utilization, and reduce disparities. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2012 with a BSN and spent five years working as an RN in adult psych, pediatric home health care, and primary care. After transitioning to Quality improvement work, she attained an MBA from the University of Delaware and joined Nemours in 2019. Crystin is currently the co-chair of Delaware Junior Achievement’s Young Professional Board and is employed per diem with a Bayada Pediatrics.
