Since 2008, David St. Clair has served as the Executive Chairman at Halosil International, a producer of disinfection systems, disinfectants, and biocides that are innovative and safe for humans and the environment. Prior to joining Halosil, David acted as the Founder, Director, Chairman, and CEO of Medecision, an integrated health solutions company that partners with risk-bearing organizations to manage over 50 million members. In addition, David served for 30 years on the Board of The Center for Autism as the Director & Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.
