Juan is an experienced leader with a deep history in medical device development. Before joining Xenex he led an engineering team at a well-known medical device company through the development and commercialization of multiple Medical Devices.

Juan joined Xenex in 2020 as Vice President of Engineering where provides the Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams mentorship and guidance to evolve concepts to commercialization. His sound understanding of product development and regulatory compliance of medical devices has helped Xenex define a strategy for technical excellence, setting higher standards for product validation claims, and intended use for its products.

Juan’s passion lies in the development and commercialization of products that have the potential to positively impact healthcare as we see it today.
