This talk will describe the survival strategies encountered by the AHS Clinical Laboratories during COVID-19 – accessing testing or test supplies and reagents, balancing test reagent/supply allocations to meet ever rapidly changing testing demand, and through this experience, identifying new factors critical for the selection and successful implementation of a new SARS-CoV-2 test method(s).
