Todd Fisher is Co-Founder and CEO of CallTrackingMetrics. Todd founded the business in 2012 with his wife, Laure Fisher, in their basement and have grown it into a Inc 500 rated, top ranked call management platform serving over 30,000 businesses around the world. Todd developed the initial software and as the CEO he continues to be the driving technical force of the company. What started as purely a marketing tracking tool has now become a robust call center offering- the first in the industry to combine advertising and contact center reporting into a single product. Currently, Todd and the team are driving new innovations in Speech Analytics, Smart Routing and expanding the software’s CRM capabilities. Prior to CallTrackingMetrics, Todd co-founded SimoSoftware selling it to RevolutionHealth in 2005. At RevolutionHealth, Todd worked to build out a service that provided healthcare information to millions of online subscribers. RevolutionHealth was sold to EverydayHealth in 2008. In 2009, Todd helped co-found Captico LLC, providing online software solutions for small businesses looking to accelerate their marketing and online presence. Todd has made a number of notable developments in the Ruby on Rails community including maintaining the Ruby bindings for libcurl a transfer library primarily used for HTTP. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Lehigh University.
