Beth Fisher Sanders has been working in the field of addictions recovery since 1987. In long term recovery herself, she holds licensure and certifications in social work and addictions counseling and has professional experience at numerous organizations working as an addictions counselor and family therapist. Fueled by a vision of providing quality recovery support for people in early recovery through community, she founded Hope Homes Recovery Residences in 1996. Hope Homes is a National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) Level 2 and 3 provider, serving adult men and women in three states. Additionally, she is the past president of the Georgia Association of Recovery Residences, and during her tenure in that role, aligned with other state associations to create the National Alliance for Recovery Residences, where she served as the founding president. She continues to serve NARR as the Standards Committee Chair.
