Kelly Scaggs joined the staff of Fellowship Hall in 2008 as a family therapist and assumed the role of Clinical Director in 2015. She has over 25 years of experience in behavioral health and has practiced in Florida and North Carolina. Previously, Scaggs was part of the Cone Health System for over 10 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, and a master of social work from the University of South Florida in Tampa. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, and Certified Clinical Supervisor, she is also an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She has extensive experience with inpatient and outpatient mental health, substance abuse, women’s issues, co-occurring disorders, grief therapy and family therapy.
