Shane has over 25 years of healthcare and healthcare IT experience. He brings his military experience leading teams into the healthcare and corporate environment while aligning IS strategy with corporate strategic plans for Siskin Hospital.

Shane became a Registered Respiratory Therapist in 1995 while in the United States Navy where he served as an EMT, Navy Corpsman and Respiratory Therapist. In 2003, he converted to an Intelligence Specialist where he served time in Iraq and was the leading Chief over the Naval Intelligence Reserve Region Southeast’s Intelligence Training program. Shane retired as a Chief from the United States Navy with over 20 years of active and reserve service. His diverse healthcare IT experience has given him the unique opportunity to understand the landscape from system implementation and support to leading IT departments and driving their strategic vision to positively affect their organization and ultimately patient outcomes. He has also received his Fellowship designation from Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and holds a BS in Business Administration.
