Larry is a Partner with KPMG’s Healthcare Solutions practice with over thirty years of healthcare industry experience. Larry is a member of our Healthcare Transformation Leadership team and works with clients to improve clinical operational effectiveness, particularly in the areas of provider quality and margin optimization.

Larry is responsible for assisting clients with clinical care delivery and development of service line strategies to improve quality and financial margins, working in both in-patient and ambulatory settings. Larry has deep clinical and leadership experience in change management and clinical redesign, assisting organizations to deliver clinically appropriate care.
