Dr. KC Mitchell is part of 3M’s Data Informatics team, and brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience in developing analytic solutions for providers and payers. His career spans research and development in 3M’s Clinical and Economic Research team, Six Sigma Black Belt, and development of innovative solutions for Clinical Documentation Improvement and Healthcare Analytics.

His current focus is on applying big data technologies and outputs of natural language processing to develop solutions for Population Management that look longitudinally across patient episodes of care to improve patient outcomes and health system operational excellence.
