Editor-in-chief Chris Smith has been at Oil & Gas Journal for 19 years, travelling everywhere from Carthage, Texas, to Astana, Kazakhstan, in his efforts to bring its readers the most comprehensive picture of the industry available.
Joining the magazine as Midstream Editor, Smith has worked in the industry for 30 years in a variety of commodity analysis and reporting roles with companies including S&P Global, ICIS/LOR, and Argus Media.
He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Houston and an MS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
