Joe Hill is the Vice President of New Energies for Vallourec North America, where he leads the company’s strategy and execution across emerging energy solutions, including geothermal, carbon capture and storage (CCS), hydrogen, and other low-carbon opportunities. He is responsible for advancing Vallourec’s Energy Transition initiatives and driving new business development through strategic partnerships. Since beginning his career in 1998 with V&M Tubes, Joe has held leadership roles across IT, Logistics, Project Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Operations. As leader of the VAM® Field Service team, he championed innovation and earned three Global Innovation Awards in four years. Joe is an inaugural member of the Texas Geothermal Energy Alliance and supports future industry leaders as a member of the University of Houston’s Advisory Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from Tulane University.
