Conglin Xu serves as the Managing Editor-Economics at Oil & Gas Journal. She covers global oil and gas market developments and macroeconomic factors for Oil & Gas Journal, and conducts analytical economic and financial research to generate estimates and forecasts.
Xu earned her PhD in International Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Prior to joining OGJ, she worked as a consultant for the World Bank.
