Mr. Claudio Galimberti is Rystad Energy’s Chief Economist, responsible for creating and maintaining the House View. His research areas include oil and commodity markets, the global macroeconomic and geopolitical outlook – both short-term disruptions and long-term trends - and energy transition scenarios. He is also the Global Director of Market Analysis, leading the client-facing part of the Analysis department. Claudio worked in the oil industry for over 20 years, starting at Shell Trading in Europe and holding a variety of strategy, commercial, and market analysis roles in the US over the past two decades. Prior to Rystad, I was a global leader in the Analysis department at S&P Global Platts.
