With over 30 years of experience in downstream refining and energy consulting, Kevin is a recognized expert in refinery economics and fuel analysis. His expertise includes strategic planning, evaluating regulatory fuel policies, renewable fuels programs, and conducting market studies related to both conventional and alternative fuels. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
