AJ Diamantopoulos is the Accountable Health Communities Manager at the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) Area Agency on Aging. AJ leads the team that works with clinical and community providers to demonstrate the value of the link between better health outcomes and increased access to community-based services. Before joining DRCOG in 2013, AJ worked as a small business owner and then as an advocate for victims of domestic violence, followed by a role as a Service Coordinator with older adults in subsidized housing. AJ holds a bachelor’s degree in humanities and a master’s degree in healthcare policy.
