Gail Abeyta has 27 years past experience in various nursing roles starting with critical care nursing with the last 13 years as a nurse Care Management Director at Parkview Medical Center. Gail has earned a Master’s Degree in nursing and is a member of the American Case Management Association. Gail’s role in care management not only supports acute care, but also includes coordinating care and ensuring a safe transition in care to post-acute care providers and to home. Gail enjoys being part of a team of professionals that support individuals through their journey in optimizing health in many ways.
