Kaiser Permanente Colorado (KPCO) developed its award-winning program to identify patients with significant incidental imaging findings and created an automated imaging finding tracking and management system to better serve the patients, radiologists and clinicians.
Attend this session to learn how KPCO used standardized radiology reports and automatic entry of significant radiology findings into a tracking and management to help identify more patients with significant imaging findings, reduce delays and missed diagnoses; and increase appropriate surveillance and management of these patients resulting in better care and outcomes.
