Robert “Bob” Grover currently serves as Regional Clinical Operations Director for KP Care at Home’s Integrated Care Center (ICC), Southern California Market. In this role, Robert is responsible for nursing triage, continuous care, clinical escalations and remote patient care monitoring service and performance across southern California. Additionally, he provides direct after hours and emergency management augmentation to the market’s seven licensed agencies and three branch locations. Moreover, he supports Long Term Care departments and special programs by ensuring administrative processes, telephonic triage and care escalations are delivered in a high quality, reliable and timely manner. In his previous position, Robert served as director of the
Regional After-Hours Triage department for six years.
During his tenure, he directly improved the departments
productivity by 8%, reduced RN call-back wait times by 14%, and converted the call center to a remote system. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Robert has worked in leadership roles in both East and West Coast Hospice organizations where he developed a passion for improving quality and experience in patient and caregivers’ lives. Robert is a U.S. Army veteran, holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Philadelphia University.
