Eugene Hamrick is Director of Enterprise Analytics and Innovation at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative’s (REC). Eugene’s primary responsibility is to promote data driven decision-making and analytic solutions, ensuring the Cooperative receives maximum benefits from the use of its data assets. He earned a Bachelor’s in History from the University of Mary Washington, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a Dell Technologies Certified Data Scientist. Eugene resides in Bowling Green, Virginia.
