Helen Galluzzo is a Senior Consultant of Leadership Development at Eversource Energy. Since joining Eversource in 2014, Helen has designed and managed several employee development initiatives for organizations across the company, including: Engineering, Electric Operations, Safety, Gas Operations, Transmission and Project Management Construction, among others. In addition, she has managed the enterprise-wide new supervisor training program and is piloting a new program for the future workplace, executed a rewards and recognition program, contributed to shaping culture by conducting leadership forums and provides ongoing support in workforce and organizational development. Helen holds a BA in Mass Communications from Franklin Pierce College, a Blended Learning Specialist certification from ATD, Front-line Leadership and Advanced Management Certifications from Dale Carnegie and is preparing to take the Certified Talent Development Professional exam through ATD. In her spare time, Helen co-hosts a podcast and volunteers as a mentor for Big Sisters of Greater Boston.
