Chad Newton is the Senior Director Wood Infrastructure Portfolio at Osmose. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is active in the IEEE PES Overhead Lines Subcommittee, a member of ASC O5 and AWPA. He and his team focus on bringing valuable innovation in the areas of evaluation, life extension and strengthening of wood poles to enable a more structurally resilient grid.
