Event Attendee Registration Acknowledgement
Registration constitutes permission for Endeavor Business Media, LLC and its affiliates to use registrant's image in photographs, video or other medium obtained during the event for marketing, promotional and other business purposes.
COVID-19 Health & Safety and Risk Acknowledgement
In order to safeguard the health and safety of all that attend the Event in person, Endeavor Business Media, LLC will comply with Federal, State and Locally mandated health and safety precautions including the CDC’s Guidance for Events as an integral part of the execution of the Event onsite. These mandates are constantly evolving, and Endeavor will ensure all registered attendees are informed of the final health and safety requirements and precautions that will be implemented onsite closer to the first day of the Event.
While we have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19 and attending the Event could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By registering and attending the Event, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to or infected with COVID-19 that may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including the Event venue, Endeavor Business Media, LLC, and their employees, contractors, agents, exhibitors and sponsors. You accept sole responsibility for this risk and agree to hold Endeavor Business Media, LLC, the Event venue, and their representatives harmless for any injury to yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death) as a result.
Payment must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received by the conference date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on charge card until proof of payment is provided. Make check payable to Endeavor Business Media/DE Principles of Practice Management 2020.
Cancellation: Cancellation of registration must be received in writing. Any individual, exhibitor, or corporate registrations cancelled in writing before September 1, 2020 will receive a refund of registration fee minus a cancellation fee of $100.00. After September 1, 2020, no refunds will be permitted. Substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the registration office in writing.
