  1. Learn how to calculate overhead and profitability
  2. Design a Balance Sheet and a Profit & Loss Statement that are easy to understand
  3. Identify your expected profitability within your dental specialty
  4. Discover which items are included in determining your profitability
  5. Discuss the frequency and amount of fee increases
  6. Learn how to rebalance your fees
  7. Identify the six (6) key performance indicators (KPIs) to which dental practices must adhere
  8. Identify additional KPIs
  9. Define variable costs and provide examples
  10. Define fixed costs and provide examples
  11. Establish your Chart of Accounts
  12. Determine your dental practice’s overhead
  13. Develop cash flows and forecasts for year 1 and beyond, with break-even points (BEP)
  14. Discuss where we go from here & identify the next action steps
