Schafer joined KLAS during the pandemic year and currently oversees research in the rapidly growing areas of telehealth and remote patient monitoring. Giving healthcare organizations the right insights to help solidify their virtual care strategies is his current focus with the telehealth and RPM/Hospital at Home reports planned for this year. Prior to joining KLAS, he was part of a behavioral health startup that operated its own clinics and outsourced services to behavioral health professionals all over the country.
