While managing a portfolio of strategic, innovative solutions, Ms. Elm has consistently exceeded sales targets and professional goals by effectively entering new markets, connecting with critical players, and forming lasting relationships that help her clients succeed in their own roles. Ms. Elm has earned degrees in science, mathematics, and business administration, a combination of education that not only has led to a range of published clinical journal articles and abstracts, but has also guided her career through research and health IT experiences. She is passionate in research toward finding a treatment cure for glycogen storage diseases.

Ms. Elm began her career in the international division of Douglas Laboratories managing over 32 countries. She had responsibilities that spanned go-to-market strategy, business development, sales, operations and regulatory compliance. Her work culminated in the successful acquisition by Mucos Pharma based in Germany.

In the US and Canada, she has contracted and delivered over 150 Epic EHR implementations and go lives. Consulting with major Health Systems and IDNs on successful integrations, deployment and strategic vision.

Ms. Elm is a member of the local Rotary Club International, she has sat on the Association for Glycogen Storage Disease Board, Patient Advisory Board for Ultragenyx, Wireless Connect Board of Advisors and has also helped several startup tech companies with their acquisition strategies.
