Dan Olshansky is a social worker who provided treatment to youth, families and adults in both residential and outpatient settings for 18 years in various Massachusetts behavioral health organizations. From 1999 to 2015, he worked for the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services in Connecticut where he provided managerial oversight and project management of numerous electronic health record implementations for State-operated and contracted agencies. Dan also oversaw programmatic initiatives that included counseling services for Veterans and their families. From 2015 to the present, Dan has been the Vice President of Clinical Quality at the Behavioral Health Network in Springfield, MA. At BHN, Dan has worked with the agency to develop Project Management and LEAN practices to improve the efficiency and outcomes for client and staff.
