Based in North Carolina, Lynn Crump is President of North-Carolina-based Cross Automation, a division of Cross Company. Lynn started his career as a manufacturing manager in the furniture industry before moving into sales with Cross Automation, where he’s been for the past 20 years. He is particularly proud of developing a successful integration division focused on automating manual processes, which has grown from $1M in 2018 to $8M in 2021 revenue. On the home front, Lynn has been married for 37 years and is the proud father of three children and two grandchildren, with another on the way.
