Tracy Byers is a Senior Executive with 25+ years of experience in the healthcare technology industry. Currently leading Change Healthcare’s Enterprise Imaging business, responsible for driving growth, expanding market share and advancing Change Healthcare’s position as a transformational leader in the imaging market.

Prior to Change Healthcare, Tracy has developed a strong track record of success growing market share in a variety of executive leadership roles at IBM Watson Health, Philips Healthcare, Agilent Technologies, Hewlett Packard and GE. Her background includes focus in diagnostic imaging, oncology, cardiology, and healthcare informatics. Tracy has built deep experience leading and executing transformational change initiatives across Payer, Provider and Government markets including business model transformation and go-to-market models. She has a strong passion for culture & talent management and development, including organizational design, capability mapping, and performance management.

Tracy holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lehigh University. Tracy and her husband reside in Utah & New Hampshire spending time with their four children.
