Event Attendee Registration Acknowledgement

Endeavor Business Media, LLC will operate the Event in accordance with official federal and state government and local authority rules, following CDC guidelines and any additional venue or location-specific rules designed to mitigate the spread and contraction of COVID-19. By registering and attending the Event, you acknowledge and accept Endeavor Business Media’s Onsite Terms and Conditions

Payment must accompany registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed. Company checks must be made out to Endeavor Business Media / Lasers & Photonics Marketplace Seminar 2022 and payable in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Credit card payment requires card number, signature and expiration date. All domestic and international payments must be received on or before Monday, January 24, 2022. No attendee will be admitted into the Seminar without payment.

Cancellation: Cancellations made in writing to the registration department by December 31, 2021 will be accepted subject to a $195 cancellation service charge. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the show or cancel after January 24, 2022 will be liable for the entire registration fee. All cancellations must be received in writing. Non-payment does not constitute a cancellation. Substitutions may be made at any time.
