Dr. Bo Gu found Bos Photonics in Boston, MA after 30 years of corporate life. He is continuing to develop the next generation of photonics technologies and to provide independent consulting services to the laser and photonics industry. Many years working in China and Asia as a corporate executive gives him a great insight and an unique perspective about the region, especially its business environment and the market dynamics. Meanwhile his technical contributions to the lasers and photonics fields made him elected fellow of many professional societies including SPIE, Optica, LIA, and COS.
