Jay Mervis – Fortinet Major Account Director for Healthcare East brings to Fortinet more than 20 years of experience in Healthcare IT Sales partnering with customers to reduce the complexity in their digital environment. Before Fortinet, Jay spent 23 years in a variety of roles at a major national VAR building their Healthcare Practice and helping customers consolidate vendors, improve point-of-care, upgrade their infrastructure, and leverage innovation to improve patient care.
Jay was instrumental in working with customers in their EMR upgrades and deployments in the Southeast from the largest multi-state health systems to smaller regional independent hospitals to multi-site specialty practices. Leveraging technology to solve the universal complex problems all Healthcare entities face regardless of size and geographical location; most recently focused on Infosec and Cyber across the client base.
Jay holds a degree from Northern Illinois University in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales and International Marketing.
