Jeannine McMillan is the Executive Director of the Center for Population Health (CPH), a collaborative research and resource center focused on population health and disease prevention in Cambria and Somerset counties. The CPH focuses on identifying key contributing factors to poor health in the region and developing proactive and responsive strategies to address them. The CPH is the first of its kind established in a small rural community rather than a large metropolitan area. Jeannine has worked in public health for the past 15 years, previously serving as Manager of Strategic Planning for the Conemaugh Health System. She serves on community coalitions and board positions for the Hyndman Area Health Center, Cambria County Drug Coalition, The Learning Lamp and Vision Together 2025 Redevelopment Strategy. Jeannine holds an BA in Management from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and an MEd in Adult Education from Penn State University.
